We offer flexible rental agreements, renting storage units on month-to-month basis. In addition, if you lease a storage unit in the middle of the month, we’ll prorate that month’s rent so you’re just paying for the portion of the month you’re renting from us.

At Dream Storage, we take the worry away from our customers by offering perimeter fencing, well-lit hallways and secure access code entry. We are working on installation of a security gate, 4k video cameras, and digital access entry by Summer 2023 as they are weather dependent to install.

Give the size of your car/boat to our property manager and they can confirm. As a rule of thumb, we have cars/trucks only outside the storage facility.

This standard provides protection of the privacy and confidentiality of the card's data used to complete the online transaction.

Most storage companies including ours strongly advise that you have insurance when you rent a storage unit from us. You can purchase insurance from our carrier, TBD. They offer excellent coverage with rates starting as low as $x. You can also use your own insurance if your policy covers storage unit rentals. Just provide us with a copy of your policy’s declaration page.
